I’m a mom to 3 sweet boys, wife to a wonderful husband, and have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for the past decade. I have found my passion in helping families and individuals build and maintain a healthy relationship with food.
Sometimes that healthy relationship is complicated by barriers such as a new diagnosis, persistent symptoms, grief or loss, stress, or even just a busy schedule. I’m here to help support you no matter your age and wherever you are on your journey.
I’m also here to help you navigate the world of food reactions - allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities. As a mom raising kiddos with diagnosed food allergies, I’ve been where you are. I’ve lived the challenges of eating out, sending your child to school or a birthday party, or worrying about accidental exposure. By combining my nutrition knowledge and personal experience, I can help you develop a plan that works with your life. My goal for you and your family is to remove the stress from meals. A crazy dinner can lead to a frustrating evening, and then a poor night of sleep. A rushed breakfast or arguments about healthy choices may create a rough start to the day.
I believe that optimal health means not only a nourished body, but also restful sleep, strong relationships, and balance that supports your priorities and guides you toward achieving your goals. I want to help you bring peace back into your kitchen; alleviate the stress of meal planning; build confidence in your skills; and return the joy into eating.
