Food Allergy Counseling

  • Suspected Allergies

I always recommend working with a good allergist that you trust, but if you’re waiting on your allergy visit or the results came back negative, there’s still a lot we can do through food to get your body back on track and help you gain a better understanding of your reactions.

Whether it’s a new symptom or years of ongoing reactions, I’m excited to work with clients of all ages on understanding what works for your body and finding ways to optimize nutrition.

  • Diagnosed Allergies

If you or your child has been diagnosed with an allergy and you’re looking for ways to manage this new challenge, let’s work together.

Sometimes a single appointment to get a better understanding of how to avoid and replace a certain food is all you need. Other times ongoing counseling to help manage the new lifestyle alleviates some of the stress.

Whether it’s meal planning, strategies for socialization, or understanding labeling, we can find a plan that works for you.
